Custom-made products — no right of withdrawal
Every GrandCanvas mural is produced individually, to the exact wall dimensions you enter when you order. Because it is made to your specifications, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure products (UK: reg. 28(1)(b) Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; EU: Art. 16(c) Consumer Rights Directive; Germany: § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).
This applies to all made-to-measure wall coverings, shaped cuts and custom-dimension products. You will see this notice again at checkout before you place your order.
Before production starts, we are happy to correct or cancel an order — contact support@grandcanvas.com as soon as possible. Once your mural is in production, it exists only for your wall and cannot be cancelled, returned or resold.
If something is wrong with what arrives — a print defect, damage in transit, or a product that does not match what you configured — your statutory rights are unaffected: see "Faulty or incorrect products" below. We will reprint or refund; that promise does not depend on any withdrawal right.
Stock items — 14-day right of withdrawal
For items that are not made to measure — sample sets, hanging tools and accessories — you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right, inform us —
Grand Canvas Ltd, 85 Great Portland Street, 1st Floor, London W1W 7LT, United Kingdom Email: returns@grandcanvas.com
— by an unequivocal statement (letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (but not the extra cost of any non-standard delivery option you chose), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used, at no charge to you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier. You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Faulty or incorrect products
Your statutory rights for products that are faulty, damaged or not as described apply to all products, custom-made or not, and are free of charge: in the EU, the legal guarantee of conformity (minimum two years); in the UK, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your mural arrives with a defect or does not match your order, contact support@grandcanvas.com with photos and your order number — we will reprint it at our cost or refund you, as the law provides. Details in the Terms & Conditions of Sale §9.
US orders: the US-specific returns terms in the Terms & Conditions of Sale, Schedule US, apply instead of the EU/UK withdrawal rules above.
